FIRST WEDDING OF 2020! Chelle + Neil had an intimate socially-distanced wedding at City Hall in Cardiff, and because they had to see each other before the ceremony (due to Covid restrictions) we did a very special 'First Look' in the grounds of the stunning Alexandra Gardens nearby. What an unbelievably beatiful day it was too!
