Film photography plays a very special part in my life and I am very happy to offer this as an option for your wedding photography - as Wales' only film wedding photographer

I'm going to be delving deeper into this and updating this page in the future with more information about it, but the nostalgia, the grain, the sofntess, the uncertainty are all reasons why I love film. I also develop and scan 99% of my film photos myself because I love the process so much.

Simply put, there is a magic to film that just cannot be replicated digitally.

I have a multiple of film cameras that I use for different purposes at different weddings, and they are: Leica M2, Leica M6, Canon A1, Nikon L35AF point and shoot (great for dancefloor flash photos!), Canon 300V, Nikon FM, Olympus AF-1 point and shoot, the list goes on and on. I have also recently picked up a 3D film camera, which gives some cool 3d moving affects on film like this example here.

I shoot on a large variet of film stocks, but my favourites are, for color: Kodak Ultramax, Kodak Portra 800, Kodak Gold, Kodak Ektar, and Cinestill 800T; whilst my favourite for black and white photos are: Kodak Tri-X, Ilford HP5 (pushed to 800/1600), and my all-time favourite film stock Ilford Delta 3200 for that extra special black and white grain.
